Open Hardware
Our boards and projects are open hardware, with full access to the files for study, reproduction, and modification. You understand how the hardware was designed, adapt it to your needs, and create new products from this foundation.
An open ecosystem to learn, create, and evolve in embedded systems, IoT, and artificial intelligence in practice.
The Franzininho project was created to encourage and empower people in Brazil to build their own electronic projects with embedded systems, IoT, and open technologies.
We aim to make learning these technologies more accessible through development boards, educational kits, learning materials, tools, practical examples, and a collaborative community.
The project is built on five pillars:
Open source hardware to learn, create, and evolve.
Development board based on the ESP32-S2 for IoT and WiFi connectivity.
Laboratory platform with integrated sensors, interfaces, and resources for IoT.
Development board based on the STM32C0 family with ARM Cortex-M0+ core.
Educational kit to assemble and solder your own Arduino-compatible board.
Our boards and projects are open hardware, with full access to the files for study, reproduction, and modification. You understand how the hardware was designed, adapt it to your needs, and create new products from this foundation.
We develop and use open source software, from libraries and examples to firmware and complete integrations. Code is a fundamental part of learning, with transparency to explore, modify, and evolve each solution.
We create materials and practical examples that grow with you, from your first project to the real challenges of development. Everything is built collaboratively, with community support.
We offer workshops, courses, talks, and educational kit development for all ages. We can bring Franzininho activities to your school, company, or event — and tailor the content to your audience.
